A once-in-a-lifetime event, the Texas Eclipse Festival was a global celebration with music, art, and technology culminating in a total solar eclipse on April 8, 2024. With over 35K attendees in the span of 4 days, the festival featured renowned artists like Bob Moses, speakers like Paul Stamets, documentaries like PBS, art activations like Meow Wolf, and a jaw-dropping drone show brought by Nova Sky Stories. As the associate producer and visual designer, my role focused on managing logistics, coordinating with media companies, as well as designing, outsourcing and curating the decor, look and feel for the Visions of the Future Zone, the Multiversal Dome, and the Immersive Visionaries Dinner.
